These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them before you order.
Who we are
Burrow & Bark is a trading name of MTG Technical Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17342687). Our registered office is 60 Tottenham Court Road, Office 1665, London W1T 2EW. This address does not accept returns; see our returns policy.

Your order
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. That email is not an acceptance of your order. Our contract with you starts when we email you to say your order has been dispatched.
If we can't supply an item, for example because it's out of stock, we'll tell you and refund you in full for that item.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free on orders of £25 or more, and £3.49 on smaller orders.
Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details.
If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before dispatching and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
The products
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Some items are sent in a random colour, and their product pages say so. Sizes may vary by 1 to 3cm from the measurements given.
Pet toys and accessories should be used under supervision. Check them regularly and replace them if they're damaged.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our delivery policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they're delivered to the address you gave.
Cancellations and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Faulty items are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are in our returns policy.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you're unhappy with anything, email hello@burrowandbark.co.uk and we'll do our best to put it right. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this website when you placed it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
