This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or buy from us, why we collect it and what your rights are.
Who we are
Burrow & Bark is a trading name of MTG Technical Consulting Ltd (company number 17342687), 60 Tottenham Court Road, Office 1665, London W1T 2EW. We are the controller of your personal information. Contact us about privacy at hello@burrowandbark.co.uk.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number (if you give it) and what you ordered.
- When you pay: payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card details (such as the card type and last four digits), never your full card number.
- When you contact us: your messages and our replies.
- When you browse: with your consent, advertising cookies record whether you visited or bought after seeing one of our adverts. See our cookie policy.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Who we share it with
We share only what each needs:
- Our fulfilment partners, who pack and send your order from the UK. They receive your name, delivery address, phone number and the items.
- Delivery companies, such as Royal Mail or Evri, to deliver your parcel.
- Stripe, to take payment.
- Our website hosting and email providers.
- TikTok and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), if you accept advertising cookies, to measure our adverts.
- Professional advisers such as our accountant, and authorities where the law requires it.
We never sell your personal information.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of these providers are based in, or access data from, countries outside the UK. When that happens, we make sure your information is protected, either because the UK government has approved the country's data protection or through contract terms approved for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as tax law requires. Messages are kept for up to 2 years. If you sign up to marketing, we keep your details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- see the personal information we hold about you;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- have it transferred to you or someone else;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes
We'll update this policy if what we do changes, and show the date it was last updated at the top of this page.
