Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of £25 or more. Orders under £25 pay a flat £3.49 delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Our products are sent from the UK. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, then delivered by a tracked 48-hour service, so most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days of ordering. From October to December, and for some Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland postcodes, it can take a little longer.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Orders with more than one item

Items in the same order may come from different warehouses, so they can arrive in separate parcels on different days. You only pay delivery once.

Packaging

Parcels arrive in plain packaging.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us at hello@burrowandbark.co.uk with your order number (and a photo, if it's damaged) and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Please tell us within 30 days of dispatch so we can claim with the courier.
